True story, I got a call from a potential client the other day and he lead with “Everyone hates their web design firm”. My reaction was to chuckle but after the call, which went well by the way, I reflected on what he said. First off, I’m not a believer in absolutes so I’m sure that not “everyone hates their web design firm”. We have many clients who love us and there are many good web firms out there. To be fair, sometimes the onus is on the client, hence this post.
